Career in Air Asia

Residents in Langkawi looking for a career in Air Asia can try their chances at a cabin crew recruitment drive this Saturday, February 11, at the AirAsia Office in Langkawi International Airport.

The walk-in interview will take place from 9am to 11am and is open for Malaysians only.

Applicants are required to bring a completed Job Application Form (download it at http://www.airasia.com/cabincrewmalaysia-application/); original and copies of MyKad; resume; recent passport photo and full-length photo; original and copy of highest qualification certificate (or its equivalent); as well as original and copy of SPM certificate (credit in English or any substitute credentials, pass in BM and one credit in any subject).

“At Air Asia, we take pride in our amazing cabin crew who works hard to ensure service excellence is delivered to all our guests. Our great service was even awarded with the World’s Leading Inflight Service at the World Travel Awards in December last year, beating eight other full-service carriers.” said Air Asia Berhad’s Head of Cabin Crew Department Farhana Ahmad Faisal.

“We are on the lookout for the most outgoing and brightest personalities from the northern region to join our Allstar cast to be a part of the best low-cost carrier in the world.

“There will be many opportunities for our crew as we look forward to grow in frequencies, destinations and fleet in an exciting year ahead,” she said.

Males and females aged between 20 and 35 years-old who are graduates of all disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Female candidates need to have a minimum height of 157cm and dressed in smart casual (strictly knee length dress/skirt) with full make-up; while male candidates need to be at least 170cm in height and dressed in stylish smart casual.

The recruitment drive will also be held at other locations in Selangor, Penang, Kuching and Johor later in the month.
