New savoury menu at Four Points by Sheraton Penang

The Eatery at the Four Points By Sheraton Penang has introduced a new menu to cater for the growing expectations of guests and customers.

The savoury menu incorporates a variety of new dishes to complement the existing classic favourites.

“The new menu will allow guests to experience a variety of delicious European-Oriental inspired dishes enriched with local spices. The tasty signature and new dishes are available from 11am to 11pm daily.

“We are experimenting with flavours and would like to push the envelope by infusing local Malaysian dishes with a touch of European flavours,” said executive chef Nor Ismail.Mat Esa.

His personal recommendation is the Rendang Pahlawan Temasik, a braised Black Angus beef fillet cooked in brown coconut chilli paste with wild turmeric leaf infusion, served with steamed rice, pickled vegetables and fish crackers.
