An opulent Chinese New Year reunion dinner awaits at Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Hot and Sour Szechuan Seafood Soup, Roasted Crispy Chicken with Cucumber Plum Sauce and Stir-fried Tiger Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk are among two sumptuous set menu to tempt you for a homey and delectable reunion dinner served at Sunway Putra Hotel to usher in the coming lunar year of Dog.

From Feb 8th to 12th March 2018, reunion dinner specially prepared by Chef Chew Keng Chai and his team will be served at The Coffee House located at Level 9 of Sunway Putra Hotel. Fifteen function rooms are available for those who prefer to dine in more cozy and private setting.

Priced at RM1,188 nett per set which serves 10 persons, each set comes with appetiser of full set Salmon Yee Sang, soup dish, main courses, rice dish and end with a sweet note of two desserts.

Steamed fish, symbolises fruitful year ahead.

According to Chef Chew, the flavourful soup is prepared with boiling chicken feet and bones which is first baked to bring out the flavour. And then boiled for long hours to make sure the goodness from the two are melted into the soup and make more nutritious with Chinese herbs.

Special Chinese Reunion Dinner menus are created by Chef Chew Keng Chai and team.

All ingredients used will be the freshest that include the red snappers or garoupa, tiger prawns and other seafood. The Steamed Lotus Rice with Chicken and Yam is wrapped in individual serving which may be taken away if it is not consumed at the dinner table.

This award-winning Chef Chew has banked on his over 14 years of Chinese culinary experience to come up with both sets of the menu for those planning a hearty and scrumptious reunion dinner with family and friends.
