Record award-winning hotels

The five-star G Hotel Gurney and G Hotel Kelawai have collectively garnered seven more prestigious global hospitality awards in the final quarter of the year 2016.

The recognitions have been another milestone denoting the hotels’ excellence and top notch hospitality.

The hotel general manager Michael Hanratty said it was an honour to receive the latest global hospitality recognition for both G Hotel Gurney and G Hotel Kelawai.

“These prestigious citations have sealed our reputation as a world class accommodation, five star hospitality and outstanding features from our dining outlets to event facilities.

“We are grateful to those who took the time to review the hotels during the award assessments. There is no greater satisfaction than receiving the badge of approval from our customers,” he said.

Both the hotels are located strategically at one of the island’s popular shopping destinations namely the Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon.

To date, G Hotel Gurney and G Hotel Kelawai have won more than 90 awards ranging from the Best Hotel Interior for Asia Pacific Hotel Awards, HAPA Best Independent Hotel, Best City Hotel Malaysia for World Luxury Hotel Awards, Best Hotel Development by FIABCI Malaysia, Best Business & Leisure Hotel by The BrandLaureate, Hall of Fame by TripAdvisor, Excellence in Guest Review by Booking.com, Best Luxury Hotel by Luxury Lifestyle Awards & Gold Award Hospitality Design by I-DEA Design Excellence Awards.
