This 2-storey house was built to the exact size of a normal house with the exception in the way it stands. Gravity defying, every single thing inside goes upside down. The house has the coziness of a cottage home.

As you make your way in, you will be greeted by an inverted antique ‘Morris 1974’ Volkswagen Beetle car forming the arch at the entrance. It sets the tone of the disorientated feeling you will experience in every part of the house, the living room, the bedroom, the kitchen, and the awful toilet upside down and that includes every furniture within.

Two weeks after opening, Kuala Lumpur Upside Down House has received an astounding 5,000 visitors every single day. If you wish to come here, there is a free shuttle service at KL Tower’s main entrance to Upside Down House. It sure is super easy to visit as it is only 5 minutes away from KLCC or from Bukit Bintang. Apart from that, you can also hop off the ‘KL Hop-On Hop-Off ’ bus to drop in.

This Upside House is managed by Golden Art Gallery Sdn Bhd. It took them only three months to complete the whole structure at a cost of RM800,000.
