On hand to welcome their special guests was general manager Tony Goh and the hotel’s management team.

The children aged between five to 13 years were treated to the charity Ramadan buffet at the Main Street Cafe.

“An act of kindness comes in many forms but it is always from the heart and this is the hotel’s initiative in giving back to the less fortunate,” said Goh.

He later handed out “duit raya” to the children who were grinning from ear to ear when receiving the green envelopes.

“Doing good deed and charity are encouraged during Ramadan and we will do our best to open our arms to accommodate more children this time next year,” added Amir Hashim who is the director of food and beverage for the hotel.
