The Spring/Summer 2017 collection of several international brands took centre stage at the Gurney Plaza’s “Fashion Redefined” extravaganza showcase recently.
A bevy of international models graced the catwalk with shoppers and guests taking in the vast array of latest fashion from the Sacoor Brothers, Dorothy Perkins, Warehouse, Miss Selfridge, Bonia, TSL, Duchess & Co and Fossil.
For the uninitiated, Sacoor Brothers is a fashion and lifestyle brand based out of Portugal. It started as a dream of four brothers. Its first boutique opened in Lisbon in 1989.
World renowned Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid Club, alongside Hollywood actors like William Baldwin and Patrick Dempsey were among Sacoor Brothers brand ambassadors to date.
The Sacoor Brothers brand has now expanded across their native Portugal to become a truly international brand with outlets in Britain, Belgium, Singapore, Middle East and Malaysia.
They recently set-up shop at Gurney Plaza late last year. Sacoor Brothers marketing manager Hugo Carrico and his team were present to welcome guests at their outlet.
Also on hand to emcee the opening show was local celebrity Nadia Heng. The three-day extravaganza was a much awaited event for fashion followers and shoppers to keep them abreast of the latest development in the fashion industry.
Eager shoppers had the opportunity to purchase their favourite brands with attractive discounts during the duration of the fashion show.
