The popular local shopping mall, the Gurney Plaza, has put up a grand show at its “Fashion Redefined 2018” event where the latest Spring/Summer designs from a medley of top brands were showcased.
Participating brands included Warehouse, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins, Bonia, Uniqlo, TSL Jewelery and several home grown designs.
Dashing models paraded on the runway at the main atrium of the mall which was packed with shoppers and guests.
The new collection from Warehouse paraded are modern twist to its wearable collection for the stylish modern city women. The collection portrays bold, graphic block panels and stripes that look fresh in shades of aubergine, navy and green.
Dorothy Perkins embraces the romantic, prairie mood for the Spring Summer wear. Intricate designs on maxi dresses, paired with a crop khaki jacket or washed denim to complete the perfect look.
The Miss Selfridge collection portrayed is fun, exudes freedom and excitement. The new range is created to suit any occasion, whether you are off to explore the outdoors, stroll by the beach or just laze around the city with friends.
The Fashion Week event lived up to the mall’s tagline “Premier Lifestyle Mall” to showcase new styles and designs for the chic and trendy.
In the meantime, Italian brand Furla hosted the official opening of its outlet at the ground floor of Gurney Plaza that features its latest handbags and accessories.
Shoppers received redemption gifts from Laura Mercier and Clinique to eat at Sushi Tei and Frank Laurent Coffee Roasters for a minimum spend.
