Sari Pacifica Group General Manager Jasmy Othman is a man with a mission to make Aseania Resort & Spa Langkawi Island (Kedah), a hotel under his wing, to continue scaling new heights.

Jasmy is also brimming with multiple talents- thanks to his rich experiences in managing hotel, theme park and wildlife segments, as well as branding for hotel merchandise.

He is honoured to be working for the former tourism minister Tan Sri Kadir Sheikh Fadzir, the owner, and very inspired by his boss’ razor-sharp foresight.

Jasmy looks after five properties under the group; namely Sari Pacifica Beach Resort & Spa Redang Island and Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Lang Tengah Island (both in Terengganu), Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Sibu Island and Aseania Beach Resort Besar Island (both in Johor) and Aseania Resort & Spa Langkawi Island (Kedah).

“I joined Tan Sri Kadir and share his vision to bring about a paradigm shift to move Langkawi forward. The change has led Aseania Langkawi to improve by leaps and bounds but we will keep moving ahead to make the resort even better.

“Our aim is to provide the resort with the highest possible comfort level alongside a good variety of entertainment a model that is in line with Tan Sri Kadir’s rich experience in tourism development before,” he said.

Jasmy says he is proud and satisfied seeing how the resort has morphed into the leading resort that offers guests an enriching experience not found elsewhere in Langkawi.
