The Hard Rock Hotel in Penang offers its Bintang Rock Buffet spread at its Starz Diner from June 5 to June 23 (except Saturdays) from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
Guests will be spoilt for choice with local delicacies offerings priced at RM88 nett per adult and RM48 nett per child. The spread also offers Arabian and kebab station, charcoal grills, appetizers and desserts.
Freshly-made Poh Piah with a variety of fillings, Som Tam and pasembor await diners. Sup Kambing berempah and the traditional bubur lambuk will also be served nightly.
Hard Rock executive chef Zulkapli recommends the Arabian flavours of braised lamb served with rice, couscous, chutney and yoghurt. The nasi kandar dome should also not be missed.
Madras chicken, lamb chop vindaloo, beef masala with chicken peas and friend cabbage with turmeric are also on the table.
Other local inspired favourites are tandoori skewers of lamb, beef, marinated lamb or chicken kebab.
Bubur cha cha, mung bean soup, local Nyonya kueh, choux pastries, fruit pudding, hot chocolate pudding and pancake station are some examples which make up the dessert choices.
On Saturdays, the Seafood on The Rocks dinner is available at RM99 nett per person.
