Restoran Htton Lane serves one of the best fish head and fish noodles around. Using mostly grouper fish, all orders are cooked individually for best taste. There is also a variety of noodles to choose from. The thick rice noodles go very well with fresh chunks of boiled fish slices. I prefer the clear soup stock made from an ensemble of ginger, preserved vegetable, tomatoes and onions. The combination of these ingredients fully complements the noodles and fish. A bowl of this fabulous noodles will cost you about RM9.00.
As for desserts, there are also lots to choose from. I would recommend the Soya Bean with Tang Yuan. Not too sweet, just nice.
